Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NM95SETP.DLL
2.Extract NM95SETP.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract NM95SETP.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NM95SETP.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NM95SETP.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NM95SETP.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NM95SETP.DLL and press Enter.
