Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NOVA.DLL
2.Extract NOVA.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract NOVA.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NOVA.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NOVA.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NOVA.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NOVA.DLL and press Enter.
