Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NPJPI141.dll 1.4.1.0
2.Extract NPJPI141.dll 1.4.1.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract NPJPI141.dll 1.4.1.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NPJPI141.dll 1.4.1.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NPJPI141.dll 1.4.1.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NPJPI141.dll 1.4.1.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NPJPI141.dll 1.4.1.0 and press Enter.
