Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NPJPI142.dll
2.Extract NPJPI142.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract NPJPI142.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NPJPI142.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NPJPI142.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NPJPI142.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NPJPI142.dll and press Enter.
