Using the zip or rar file 1.Download NPJava11.dll 5.0.110.3
2.Extract NPJava11.dll 5.0.110.3 from .zip. We recommend that you extract NPJava11.dll 5.0.110.3 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NPJava11.dll 5.0.110.3.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NPJava11.dll 5.0.110.3 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NPJava11.dll 5.0.110.3 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NPJava11.dll 5.0.110.3 and press Enter.
