Using the zip or rar file 1.Download NPJava12.dll 5.0.110.3
2.Extract NPJava12.dll 5.0.110.3 from .zip. We recommend that you extract NPJava12.dll 5.0.110.3 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NPJava12.dll 5.0.110.3.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NPJava12.dll 5.0.110.3 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NPJava12.dll 5.0.110.3 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NPJava12.dll 5.0.110.3 and press Enter.
