Using the zip or rar file 1.Download NPJava13.dll 5.0.110.3
2.Extract NPJava13.dll 5.0.110.3 from .zip. We recommend that you extract NPJava13.dll 5.0.110.3 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NPJava13.dll 5.0.110.3.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NPJava13.dll 5.0.110.3 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NPJava13.dll 5.0.110.3 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NPJava13.dll 5.0.110.3 and press Enter.
