Using the zip or rar file 1.Download NPJava14.dll 5.0.110.3
2.Extract NPJava14.dll 5.0.110.3 from .zip. We recommend that you extract NPJava14.dll 5.0.110.3 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NPJava14.dll 5.0.110.3.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NPJava14.dll 5.0.110.3 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NPJava14.dll 5.0.110.3 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NPJava14.dll 5.0.110.3 and press Enter.
