Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NPMGWRAP.DLL 1,0,0,52
2.Extract NPMGWRAP.DLL 1,0,0,52 from .zip. We recommend that you extract NPMGWRAP.DLL 1,0,0,52 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NPMGWRAP.DLL 1,0,0,52.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NPMGWRAP.DLL 1,0,0,52 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NPMGWRAP.DLL 1,0,0,52 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NPMGWRAP.DLL 1,0,0,52 and press Enter.
