Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NVWRSNL.dll 6.13.10.28410
2.Extract NVWRSNL.dll 6.13.10.28410 from .zip. We recommend that you extract NVWRSNL.dll 6.13.10.28410 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NVWRSNL.dll 6.13.10.28410.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NVWRSNL.dll 6.13.10.28410 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NVWRSNL.dll 6.13.10.28410 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NVWRSNL.dll 6.13.10.28410 and press Enter.
