Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NVWRSZHC.dll 6.13.10.28412
2.Extract NVWRSZHC.dll 6.13.10.28412 from .zip. We recommend that you extract NVWRSZHC.dll 6.13.10.28412 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NVWRSZHC.dll 6.13.10.28412.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NVWRSZHC.dll 6.13.10.28412 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NVWRSZHC.dll 6.13.10.28412 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NVWRSZHC.dll 6.13.10.28412 and press Enter.
