Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Nedsp.1.dll
2.Extract Nedsp.1.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Nedsp.1.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Nedsp.1.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Nedsp.1.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Nedsp.1.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Nedsp.1.dll and press Enter.
