Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NetClose.dll 1,0,0,162
2.Extract NetClose.dll 1,0,0,162 from .zip. We recommend that you extract NetClose.dll 1,0,0,162 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NetClose.dll 1,0,0,162.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NetClose.dll 1,0,0,162 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NetClose.dll 1,0,0,162 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NetClose.dll 1,0,0,162 and press Enter.
