Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NetLibNT.dll
2.Extract NetLibNT.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract NetLibNT.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NetLibNT.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NetLibNT.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NetLibNT.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NetLibNT.dll and press Enter.
