Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NewsUpg.dll 2.5.0.0
2.Extract NewsUpg.dll 2.5.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract NewsUpg.dll 2.5.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NewsUpg.dll 2.5.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NewsUpg.dll 2.5.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NewsUpg.dll 2.5.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NewsUpg.dll 2.5.0.0 and press Enter.
