Using the zip or rar file
1.Download nalntres.dll 2003.3.28.0
2.Extract nalntres.dll 2003.3.28.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract nalntres.dll 2003.3.28.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting nalntres.dll 2003.3.28.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract nalntres.dll 2003.3.28.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place nalntres.dll 2003.3.28.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 nalntres.dll 2003.3.28.0 and press Enter.
