Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ncpsres.dll 1,0,0,12
2.Extract ncpsres.dll 1,0,0,12 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ncpsres.dll 1,0,0,12 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ncpsres.dll 1,0,0,12.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ncpsres.dll 1,0,0,12 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ncpsres.dll 1,0,0,12 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ncpsres.dll 1,0,0,12 and press Enter.
