Using the zip or rar file
1.Download nctquicktimefile.dll
2.Extract nctquicktimefile.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract nctquicktimefile.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting nctquicktimefile.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract nctquicktimefile.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place nctquicktimefile.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 nctquicktimefile.dll and press Enter.
