Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ngf.dll
2.Extract ngf.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ngf.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ngf.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ngf.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ngf.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ngf.dll and press Enter.
