Using the zip or rar file
1.Download nicglobal.dll 5.2.3790.0
2.Extract nicglobal.dll 5.2.3790.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract nicglobal.dll 5.2.3790.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting nicglobal.dll 5.2.3790.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract nicglobal.dll 5.2.3790.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place nicglobal.dll 5.2.3790.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".

10.Type regsvr32 nicglobal.dll 5.2.3790.0 and press Enter.
