Using the zip or rar file
1.Download nkcache.dll
2.Extract nkcache.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract nkcache.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting nkcache.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract nkcache.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place nkcache.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 nkcache.dll and press Enter.
