Using the zip or rar file
1.Download nmsupp.dll
2.Extract nmsupp.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract nmsupp.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting nmsupp.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract nmsupp.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place nmsupp.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 nmsupp.dll and press Enter.
