Using the zip or rar file
1.Download npViewpoint.dll 3,2,2,268
2.Extract npViewpoint.dll 3,2,2,268 from .zip. We recommend that you extract npViewpoint.dll 3,2,2,268 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting npViewpoint.dll 3,2,2,268.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract npViewpoint.dll 3,2,2,268 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place npViewpoint.dll 3,2,2,268 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 npViewpoint.dll 3,2,2,268 and press Enter.
