Using the zip or rar file
1.Download npdrmv2.dll 9.00.00.32508
2.Extract npdrmv2.dll 9.00.00.32508 from .zip. We recommend that you extract npdrmv2.dll 9.00.00.32508 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting npdrmv2.dll 9.00.00.32508.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract npdrmv2.dll 9.00.00.32508 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place npdrmv2.dll 9.00.00.32508 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 npdrmv2.dll 9.00.00.32508 and press Enter.
