Using the zip or rar file
1.Download npqtplugin3.dll 6.5.1
2.Extract npqtplugin3.dll 6.5.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract npqtplugin3.dll 6.5.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting npqtplugin3.dll 6.5.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract npqtplugin3.dll 6.5.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place npqtplugin3.dll 6.5.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 npqtplugin3.dll 6.5.1 and press Enter.
