Using the zip or rar file
1.Download npqtplugin6.dll 6.5.1
2.Extract npqtplugin6.dll 6.5.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract npqtplugin6.dll 6.5.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting npqtplugin6.dll 6.5.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract npqtplugin6.dll 6.5.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place npqtplugin6.dll 6.5.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 npqtplugin6.dll 6.5.1 and press Enter.
