Using the zip or rar file
1.Download npqtplugin7.dll 6.5.1
2.Extract npqtplugin7.dll 6.5.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract npqtplugin7.dll 6.5.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting npqtplugin7.dll 6.5.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract npqtplugin7.dll 6.5.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place npqtplugin7.dll 6.5.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 npqtplugin7.dll 6.5.1 and press Enter.
