Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ntdsa.dll
2.Extract ntdsa.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ntdsa.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ntdsa.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ntdsa.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ntdsa.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ntdsa.dll and press Enter.
