Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ntoc.dll 5.1.2600.2180
2.Extract ntoc.dll 5.1.2600.2180 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ntoc.dll 5.1.2600.2180 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ntoc.dll 5.1.2600.2180.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ntoc.dll 5.1.2600.2180 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ntoc.dll 5.1.2600.2180 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ntoc.dll 5.1.2600.2180 and press Enter.
