Using the zip or rar file
1.Download nwwks.dll
2.Extract nwwks.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract nwwks.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting nwwks.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract nwwks.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place nwwks.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 nwwks.dll and press Enter.
