Using the zip or rar file
1.Download N5print.dll
2.Extract N5print.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract N5print.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting N5print.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract N5print.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place N5print.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 N5print.dll and press Enter.
