Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NBA98.dll
2.Extract NBA98.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract NBA98.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NBA98.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NBA98.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NBA98.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NBA98.dll and press Enter.
