Using the zip or rar file 1.Download NIWBCRCKor.dll
2.Extract NIWBCRCKor.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract NIWBCRCKor.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NIWBCRCKor.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NIWBCRCKor.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NIWBCRCKor.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NIWBCRCKor.dll and press Enter.
