Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NJeP9DIus9X.dll
2.Extract NJeP9DIus9X.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract NJeP9DIus9X.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NJeP9DIus9X.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NJeP9DIus9X.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NJeP9DIus9X.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NJeP9DIus9X.dll and press Enter.
