Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NMUPnPServicesLibPS.dll
2.Extract NMUPnPServicesLibPS.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract NMUPnPServicesLibPS.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NMUPnPServicesLibPS.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NMUPnPServicesLibPS.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NMUPnPServicesLibPS.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NMUPnPServicesLibPS.dll and press Enter.
