Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NW041B.dll
2.Extract NW041B.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract NW041B.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NW041B.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NW041B.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NW041B.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NW041B.dll and press Enter.
