Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Neo90DAT.dll
2.Extract Neo90DAT.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Neo90DAT.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Neo90DAT.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Neo90DAT.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Neo90DAT.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Neo90DAT.dll and press Enter.
