Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NewBlue Under Water.dll
2.Extract NewBlue Under Water.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract NewBlue Under Water.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NewBlue Under Water.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NewBlue Under Water.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NewBlue Under Water.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NewBlue Under Water.dll and press Enter.
