Using the zip or rar file 1.Download n5ctlreaders.dll
2.Extract n5ctlreaders.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract n5ctlreaders.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting n5ctlreaders.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract n5ctlreaders.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place n5ctlreaders.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 n5ctlreaders.dll and press Enter.
