Using the zip or rar file
1.Download natsrv.dll
2.Extract natsrv.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract natsrv.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting natsrv.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract natsrv.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place natsrv.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 natsrv.dll and press Enter.
