Using the zip or rar file
1.Download nbs4mb.dll
2.Extract nbs4mb.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract nbs4mb.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting nbs4mb.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract nbs4mb.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place nbs4mb.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 nbs4mb.dll and press Enter.
