Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ncdriver.vxd wei
2.Extract ncdriver.vxd wei from .zip. We recommend that you extract ncdriver.vxd wei to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ncdriver.vxd wei.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ncdriver.vxd wei to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ncdriver.vxd wei in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ncdriver.vxd wei and press Enter.
