Using the zip or rar file
1.Download nctvideoview.dll
2.Extract nctvideoview.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract nctvideoview.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting nctvideoview.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract nctvideoview.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place nctvideoview.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 nctvideoview.dll and press Enter.
