Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ncvector.vxd wei
2.Extract ncvector.vxd wei from .zip. We recommend that you extract ncvector.vxd wei to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ncvector.vxd wei.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ncvector.vxd wei to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ncvector.vxd wei in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ncvector.vxd wei and press Enter.
