Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ndppntr.dll
2.Extract ndppntr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ndppntr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ndppntr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ndppntr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ndppntr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ndppntr.dll and press Enter.
