Using the zip or rar file
1.Download netutils.dll 6.1.7100.0
2.Extract netutils.dll 6.1.7100.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract netutils.dll 6.1.7100.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting netutils.dll 6.1.7100.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract netutils.dll 6.1.7100.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place netutils.dll 6.1.7100.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 netutils.dll 6.1.7100.0 and press Enter.
