Using the zip or rar file
1.Download nibaNet.dll
2.Extract nibaNet.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract nibaNet.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting nibaNet.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract nibaNet.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place nibaNet.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 nibaNet.dll and press Enter.
