Using the zip or rar file
1.Download nicaip.dll
2.Extract nicaip.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract nicaip.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting nicaip.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract nicaip.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place nicaip.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 nicaip.dll and press Enter.
