Using the zip or rar file
1.Download nice.vxd wei
2.Extract nice.vxd wei from .zip. We recommend that you extract nice.vxd wei to the installation directory of the program that is requesting nice.vxd wei.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract nice.vxd wei to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place nice.vxd wei in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 nice.vxd wei and press Enter.
