Using the zip or rar file 1.Download npdwso5j.dll
2.Extract npdwso5j.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract npdwso5j.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting npdwso5j.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract npdwso5j.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place npdwso5j.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 npdwso5j.dll and press Enter.
